The device is prominently displayed on a white wall with clear instructions for use, and additional first aid equipment including a tourniquet, scissors, and a CPR mouthpiece can be seen in a nearby storage compartment. The device is easily accessible and is an important addition to the area in ensuring the safety of surfers and beachgoers in case of emergencies.

An image of a CPR mask, a medical device used for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures. The mask is made of transparent plastic and is shaped to cover the nose and mouth of a person in need of CPR. It has an attached one-way valve that allows for the administration of rescue breaths while preventing the transfer of fluids between the rescuer and the patient. The mask also features elastic straps or ear loops for secure placement on the patient's face. The image showcases the key components and design of the CPR mask, highlighting its importance in providing lifesaving emergency care. An image of a tourniquet, a medical device used to control severe bleeding by applying pressure to a limb. The tourniquet is typically a wide, flexible band made of durable material, such as rubber or fabric, that can be tightened and secured around the limb using a buckle or fastener. The image shows the tourniquet being applied to an arm, with the band wrapped tightly above a visible wound site. The tourniquet is clearly marked with instructions and indicators to ensure proper usage and safety. The image emphasizes the importance of the tourniquet in emergency situations and its role in potentially saving lives by stopping severe bleeding.
